ACC.12 Registration Cancellations, Substitutions and Refunds
All requests for refunds for cancellations or registration category adjustments received prior to Feb. 15, 2012 will be processed, less a $75 administrative fee. Registration fees are non-refundable after Feb.15, 2012. Cancelled registrations are non transferable. Refunds will not be processed for amounts less that $35.00 U.S.
In cases of emergency, all refund requests received after Feb. 15, 2012 will be processed on a case-by-case basis once the College returns from ACC.12 in Chicago. All refund requests must be received at the ACC in writing, along with supporting documentation, no later than June 29, 2012 in order to be considered.
Family member registrant cancellations will be assessed a $20 fee.
